We accept Cash on Delivery nationwide, along with Visa and Mastercard for card payments at checkout.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days nationwide, from Karachi to Islamabad and everywhere in between. Large furniture and water features may need a bit longer to dispatch, so message us on WhatsApp for a specific estimate.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement as quickly as possible.
Can I Return or Exchange an Item?
All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll arrange a replacement, just reach out on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo.
