Thank you for shopping with Horti Club Shop. Our products are large, heavy outdoor pieces that are expensive to ship between cities, so we do not offer open returns. If something goes wrong with your order, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will review it case by case.

- Clear photos or a short video of the item and its packaging

What we may offer
There is no automatic refund. Depending on the case, we may offer a full refund, a replacement, or another fair solution. Outcomes are decided case by case after we review your photos and order details. If a refund is agreed, it is paid back to your original payment method, or by bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders.
Return shipping
If a return is needed, return shipping is usually paid by the customer, unless we agree otherwise for that specific case.
