The rules that apply when you use HortiClub Shop and place an order with us.

1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HortiClub Shop (the "Site") and any order you place with us. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Using the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, access data you are not authorized to access, or use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.
3. Products, Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We work to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel the order if you'd prefer. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
4. Orders & Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, Visa, and Mastercard, as shown at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). We'll let you know if we're unable to fulfil an order.

Delivery timeframes, rates, and processes are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Sales & Damaged Items
All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and design, belongs to HortiClub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. User Conduct
If the Site allows you to submit reviews, messages, or other content, you agree not to post anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or that infringes on someone else's rights. We may remove any content that violates this at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HortiClub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of products, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction in Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
